Three problems Pathfinder solves before they cost you a client

Client management eats your billable hours

Attorneys report spending a significant share of client meetings managing emotional overwhelm instead of legal strategy. Pathfinder gives clients a weekly coaching space for that, so your meetings stay focused, efficient, and billable for the work only you can do. The clients you've been turning away for lack of time? Start scheduling them.

Fee disputes follow confusion, not cost

Most billing disputes trace back to clients who didn't understand what they were paying for or what came next. Clients in structured coaching arrive prepared, with realistic expectations and organized documentation — linked to fewer disputes and better collection rates, and less second-guessing of your strategy.

Referrals follow experience, not just outcomes

Clients remember how supported they felt, not just how the case resolved. Firms offering comprehensive client support see stronger word-of-mouth and reduced price sensitivity, because clients are evaluating total value, not just the hourly rate.

Your market is changing faster than your capacity to serve it

More people are entering the family court system without an attorney than ever before. National data shows 60–90% of family law cases now involve at least one self-represented litigant, climbing to 80% or higher by judgment in some jurisdictions. That’s a client acquisition and retention problem for every firm still relying on word-of-mouth and full-fee representation alone.
Pathfinder gives your firm a differentiated answer: a structured, no-cost support program that keeps clients engaged with counsel instead of drifting toward self-representation mid-case — and positions your firm as the practice that treats the whole client, not just the file.

What firms and clients say

I just got off the phone with one of my clients. She’s been utilizing Beth’s services with Insight Divorce Solutions and she says Beth has been amazing, and the tools she’s learning have been invaluable. She’d recommend her services to anyone.
E. Buie — Elise Buie Family Law Firm
I love the videos and workbook — I’ve already done deep dives into decision making, working with my attorney, and toxic communication. It’s made a real difference in how I understand my attorney’s strategy and when to advocate for myself.
Chris — Program Client
I have found the most incredible community in Insight Divorce Solutions group coaching. Every week I come away calmer, lighter, and just seen. They’ve even helped me learn to communicate effectively with my attorney.

Success Stories

I’d been in an abusive 21-year marriage and had dealt with years of infidelity and deception. When I finally decided to leave him, I was a terrified mess, feeling emotionally battered and unable to make the next move without spinning out emotionally. Beth helped me reframe what was going on, reassured me of what was real and what was fear. She helped get me back to a space of centeredness so I could take action steps to prepare myself for divorce. She explained the next steps clearly to me, allowing me to maximize my time with my attorney and save money in the process. There’s so much emotion and so many details involved in the process of divorce. I couldn’t have done this with such a clear mind without Beth. So eternally grateful.
